1. What Vaccines are required?
1a. Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP (Distemper, Parvo & Lepto)
2. Do you allow pets that are not spayed or neutered?
2a. Yes we welcome intact pets and offer tailored, private boarding accommodations. This ensures a safe, comfortable, and stress-free stay with plenty of individual staff interations.
3. Do the pups have playtime if they are boarding?
3a. Absolutely! All pups are integrated into the daily play rotation whether they are daycare or boarding and there is no upcharge.
4. How many times do the pups go out to play?
4a. Roations typically depend on how many dogs and staff we have and the weather condition. On average pups go out at least 4 to 5 times for 20 to 30 mins each rotation and 15 to 20 mins in the indoor play area.
5. Is there someone at the facility overnight?
5a. Yes, the staff rotate overnight night stays to ensure someone is always there while the pups are sleeping.
6. How do you decide if pups are fit to be in group play?
6a. Every dog in our care require a thorough, multi-step temperament evaluation and is placed in a supervised group according to their size, energy level, temperament and play style.
7. Will I be notified of how my dog is doing during his/her stay?
7a. Absolutely! We provide daily pup-dates complete with photos and behavioral notes so you can stay connected and see your pups overall well-being while in our care.
